We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We do not accept PayPal or Bitcoin.

We uses Stripe to securely process credit card data.

For any international credit card payments on our site you may be charged additional transaction fees by your card issuer. For any international payments made by invoice and bank transfer you may also be charged international payment fees by your bank for the transaction.

RETURNS

All sales of goods/services are final. We do not offer refunds for downloaded goods. There is no way for us to verify that you no longer hold copies of the products.

DELIVERY

As a reminder, you are purchasing DIGITAL goods/services and no physical items will be shipped. All goods/services are delivered as digital files via download links. If you have not received the downloaded link of your purchase, please contact hi@ooizzer.com.
